Thirukural composed by thiruvalluvar is one of the significant works in Tamil Literature.
Its importance is well known that it has been translated to 13 other world languages including English, French and Arabic.
It is also considered that learning thirukural and taking it into subconscious mind will make a man achieve great wisdom.
It is written in couplets that the each of the two lines conveys very big philosophies and untold ethics in any other worlds greatest works.
